Is it Illegal to buy anymore??

Can somebody tell me if it is "ILLEGAL" to purchase a programmer or loader without any code on them.

With all the raids going on and sites shutting down i wonder if the law has changed. Is all the raids just for people selling cards programmed and not equipment be sold???


I would like to order a USCT rev2 but dont wont to get caught up in the hassels.......................

If the only use for the item is to hack dave, its illegal. If it has other uses you may have to spend money to prove that. But, if you chose your dealer carefully its fairly safe:)
