HDTV sat newb (((HELP)))

I've got a Mitsubishi hdtv receiver... but i want to run a emulator set. Instead of useing the iso programmer (http://www.easybuy2000.com/store/?c...so%20programmer) can i use the professional Hu loader (http://www.easybuy2000.com/store/?c...cat=hu%20loader)?? or how do I run it and do I need to worry about getting my card fried? and If so is there anything I can do so they can't fry it?? And if i just use a Hu loader, what else do I need... Besides alot of help.

P.S.S. My upstairs naibor also wants to do the thing but he has the standerd rca hu card setup.
