need tfc satellite info

Looks like I haven't got many responses. Let me broaden the amount of people who can respond.TFC (the filipino channel) has a satellite system. I'm not sure if their system uses the same tech as Dave does (smartcard, etc.). Has anybody has any knowledge or direct me to a url? Thanks in advance guys.

i dont know the answer..i have asked that a long time ago...i went to a flip party and they had one to demonstrate...i pulled the card out and it looks similar to the ones here...if you find anything out, let me know..i am interested to find out, too. maybe someone else here knows?
