After GM spent years and lots of money trying to convince people not
to sue all the time. When one of their trucks has a fuel tank explode, etc. After all there PR work, they let there company sue Joe 6pack who lives in a trailer park, bought a programer. Couldnt get it to work. Yet this large company with unlimited resources sues the little guy. Why wouldnt the news media have a field day with this. Where will the ALCU be if the do get judjments from people who may be innocent, but pay rather than fight a losing battle? So far these lawsuits have been low key, maybe dave wants to keep it that way.

That's OK. Trailer park Joe Sixpacs aren't noted for proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar.

For one thing, my response was merely a play on words provided by cyberpsycho, himself. Second, the ALCU is NOT going to become embroiled in a civil case between civil parties. Their function is to challenge alleged violations of Constitutional civil rights by the authorities. To my knowledge, unauthorized reception and decryption of pay TV service, nor manufacture and trade in devices to program, repair or otherwise modify conditional access cards to achieve that, are not among defned Constitutional rights in the U.S. Canada has yet to decide where it stands. Sarcastic? Yeah. Get over it.

Sarcastic? Yeah. Get over it.
Why should I have to get over it. It reflects on your character not mine and instead of me getting over it, it makes more sense that you grow up and get it over it yourself.

No seymour its not sarcastic but straight to the point - its time your grow up and post in a mature fashion. You continue to piss off members here ( just look at their posts ) and this is about sharing information and assistance. Instead you act as a bully just like DTV/NDS.
