I know this is not DSS related....however I believe it speaks the truth, about what this Liberal Government has done to OUR country.. Needless to say I am not a liberal fan..... Nor a alliance fan or PC fan.... but we have to vote for the lesser of the 3 evils.... damn our political parties..... what we need to do is band behind a grassroots organization such as the GREEN party or something to get our f*cking voices heard...this may not be a bad idea the more I think about it...get some grassroots a few seats and have them bring our issues to the House.... it could work?!¿ how 'bout running for office yourself? Don't know how? Visit http://www.elections.ca/ Visit the publications section and they'll actually send you all the information you need to do it....... hell just a thought....

Anyways.....

Now for the article.....

This is a Cut and Paste from www.Canoe.ca
By HARTLEY STEWARD -- Toronto Sun

I was never a great fan of Pierre Trudeau. To be more accurate, I was never a fan of his domestic policies. He cared little about the nature of this country. He wanted to remake it, with our dollars, to his own liking.

To my mind, he easily did as much harm as good.

But I was a fan of his style on the international stage. I liked his pirouette behind the Queen. Somehow, it didn't bother me when he took the same arrogance I resented at home on the road. I was proud that a Canadian prime minister was confident enough to think he could lecture large parts of the world.

It was mostly style, of course, for which I've been a sucker all my life. Nonetheless, he gave Canadians a brief moment in the international sun. In those days, you might even have spotted the occasional item about Canada in the international press. (Okay, the items were about Trudeau, but he was our Trudeau.

He made it seem there was more to being a Canadian than not being an American.

No one since has been able to catch the attention of the Brits and Europeans on behalf of Canada. Joe Clark lost his luggage on his first trip abroad. Brian Mulroney made a sort of commercial splash, but hardly with the flair of PET. Kim Campbell and John Turner weren't around long enough to register.

Then along came Jean Chretien.

Our prime minister seems determined to take whatever minimal reputation we have remaining and besmirch it totally.

We have, as a nation, built a reputation through two world wars, several international engagements and considerable loss of life, as a nation which takes its world responsibilities seriously, which is prepared to make the sacrifices necessary to preserve freedom.

A fierce foe

We have, pound for pound, held our own in battle generation after generation. We think of ourselves, at least in English-speaking Canada, as a serious force, for our size. We have always been a staunch ally and fierce foe. No one makes jokes about our contributions in wartime.

Nonetheless, after the Sept. 11 horrors, our PM didn't hesitate to characterize us as a nation of gentle souls who did not want to engage anyone, however loathsome, on the battlefield. We would spread happiness and peace, while the rest of the free world joined together to face the enemy.

U.S. President George W. Bush, in his first speech to begin to build a coalition to fight terrorism, didn't even bother to thank Canada for our support immediately following the suicide terrorist attacks. Why would he?

The prime minister tried to tell us it was an oversight on the part of the president's speech writers. I wonder what those new cameras that detect the blush on a liar's cheeks would have told us about the prime minister and his staff. Nothing we didn't already know, I guess.

Last Tuesday, the advance party representing the 12 nations which will contribute forces to the Afghanistan peacekeeping operation arrived in Kabul to prepare the way for the main force. Canada was not among those named to the team by the British.

Certainly contributing to the British unwillingness to count on Canada are stories of the sorry shape of our military; the pitiful state of equipment and the lack of adequate transportation to get our men to Afghanistan.

Nor did it help, of course, that both Prime Minister Chretien and Defence Minister Art Eggleton have announced that our troops, if asked to participate, would pull out at the first sign of fighting.

Former Prime Minister Lester Pearson once, brilliantly, defined Canada's role in international conflicts as one of peacekeeping. His plan for the Suez difficulties, using Canadian soldiers in a peacekeeping role, won, for himself, a Nobel Peace Prize and, for us, a great deal of international respect.

As Canadians, we have relished the role for five decades; been proud of our ability to contribute on the world scene in such an effective fashion. Today we could not make a peacekeeping team which includes Sweden, Norway and the Netherlands.

I think the prime minister must surely misunderstand the nature of our country that he could fritter away an international reputation so valued by Canadians and earned with so much sacrifice.

Hi Simple,

Not only do I agree with the above characterization but actually its much worse than that.

This IDIOT is ruining CANADA too.

He is often portrayed in the press this way:

http://www.legal-rights.org/images/idiot.gif

and that's not because he is a rocket scientist. This gross goon has ruined our reputation abroad wherever he goes. Just check out the info at:

http://www.legal-rights.org/Documents/pmgaffes.html

lest we forget. There you will see a LITANY of Gaffes but the real problem is that he is costing us the real values of Canada. This country will be nothing but a backwater bribery infested snake pit when he gets finished ruining it. There are already more allegations of GRAFT and wrongdoing than with any other prime Minister in our history. Golf with Tiger (paid for by BCE the owner of BEV), hotels in Shawinigan and pepper spraying Canadians on behalf of Suharto, a proven crook in his country.

This is a ONE MAN ruination of a complete country and all his junior pekker minions are far too afraid to let their voices be heard.

I am truly ashamed to be a 65¢ Canadian under this turd.

It will take 50 years to build this country back up to any honourable standing and that is providing some shinning star comes along who knows what the word ETHICS means. And I have not seen to many politicians to whom that word has any meaning in our country.

Shame, Shame but we are headed for the S H I T patch and I do NOT see HOW we can ever get out of it anytime soon.

There isn't the slightest sight of anything reasonable to change things on the horizon for at least an entire generation.http://www.legal-rights.org/images/ttrk.gif

This Man, if he can be called that, is a one man Country DESTROYER par excellance. And he has done diddly squat for the country other than embarrass perfecty good people who just seem to vote with their ASSES rather than their heads. We have the leader we seem to deserve.

Thanks for your reply TTRK,

I for one have a few ideas in my head to make sure that others know about the damage he is doing to our country and our freedoms....

How many people do you estimate have a DSS system in canada??

1-2 million?? possibly more.....

and how many of those people acually visit sites like this on a regular basis?? 500,000??? ( I think it is much less then this)

I have plans on a flyer campaign at beer stores, theaters, Dealers, etc...

just listing out in simple easy to read english what the liberal party is doing with their freedoms in regards to forgien signal reception...

I bet most dont know the truth... I bet most also dont know that the liberals are going to ensure that they are criminals.

It dumbfounds me that people are not fuming in masses over this!!!

They want choice, but what choice will they have after Mrs.Crapps gets through with em......

Mrs. Crapps is nothing but another Liberal lier...... promising to quit... leaves for 1 day and comes back.... WTF is that about??

Mr.Cretian... what happened to you scrapping the GST huh?? yet another bold face lier to gain more votes.....

Their used to be a time that Canadians could travel abroad and gain respect... Just for being Canadian.... Now we get "ohhhh Canada... you have that guy that speaks out of the side of his mouth as a leader dont you" they say this with a smirk.... I know I was told this just last year.....

the amount of damage the Liberal party has caused Canada needs to stop.... we are being mocked by other nations....we are being crapped on by our Government.

End Of Rant.

As I've said before, Chretien and his fellow criminal libirals are not the problem they're the symtom think about it. The problem, the desease, the thing ruining our country are the people who voted for him What kind of empty but head votes for someone who has proven repeatedly that he has zero respect for the people. It never fails, anytime you talk to someone and it slips out that they voted for him, they're always the same type of scum. A scum that usually has no idea whats going on around him politicly and someone who's fat in attitude and in the wallet.

There are many fiascos that surround Liberal national politics and if you look at the track record it is hard to believe that so many well educated Canadian keep falling for the propaganda machine. Look at all he and his party have done for us, not only what you have mentioned above but also including:

1.) Bill C-68
A new set of gun control laws that not only make it mandatory to register ALL firearms in Canada, it also gives the government the right to confiscate firearms at any point, and gives a detailed listing of all guns that MAY be in your residence to the police.

2.)Bill C-71
Cigarette companies should not be allowed to sponsor athletic or cultural events on the grounds that cigarettes are bad for you.

3.)March 26/2001
Who can forget Hedy Fry and her little bluder about Prince George????

4.)Jean declining to go to New York to pay respects to the victims of the attacks, and attending a fundraising dinner instead, where he proudly declared his Liberals would refuse to let Sept. 11 keep them from their agenda.

5.)April, 2001
Shawinigate......the conflict of interest between Jean's financial interest in the Grand-Mère Golf Club and his pressuring a Crown corporation for money for the next door Auberge Grand-Mère.

6.)On a walk through Hull, Quebec, Chrétien was confronted by a group of protesters. As if a Canadian Prime Minister had no bodyguards, he grabbed one man, Bill Clennet, by the throat and pushed him to the ground.

7.)When King Hussien of Jordan dies, Chrétien doesn't bother to attend funeral service. He continues on with his ski trip.

8.)Oh and can we say APEC in Vancouver anyone????

I could go on and on but just don't have the time to spend a few days typing up all of the embarassing faux-pas this man/party have given so graciously to the Canadian population free of charge as a thanks to re-electing them once more.

Look at all he and his party have done for us, not only what you have mentioned above but also including:

Hi blcjet,

Yes and look at the RESULTS of some of this legislation.

1.) Bill C-68
A new set of gun control laws that not only make it mandatory to register ALL firearms in Canada, it also gives the government the right to confiscate firearms at any point, and gives a detailed listing of all guns that MAY be in your residence to the police.

--->(1) This was supposed to cost $50 million total to implement and they have now spent over $500 million and its no where near implemented. Because its so embarrassing for them they have continuously extended deadlines and forgiven the COST to register and its STILL a GIANT failure.

2.)Bill C-71
Cigarette companies should not be allowed to sponsor athletic or cultural events on the grounds that cigarettes are bad for you.

--->(2) Since cigarettes are a 100% LEGAL product that the government benefits from enormously (more than the tobacco companies) why dont they simply assign all this taxation to the HEALTH system which is broke and deprived. This was STRICTLY an illusion created to give the impression that the government was doing something positive which is just HURTING some sports such as Auto racing and does absolutely NOTHING to benefit the public. The Government is the BIGGEST single beneficiary of cigarette sales in Canada but does NOT put this money towards the health system where i could REALLY do som good and offset the extra burdon smokers like me add to the health system for non smokers. Again just smoke and mirrors, pun intended.

3.)March 26/2001
Who can forget Hedy Fry and her little bluder about Prince George????

--->(3) Right, really emancipated stuff :)

4.)Jean declining to go to New York to pay respects to the victims of the attacks, and attending a fundraising dinner instead, where he proudly declared his Liberals would refuse to let Sept. 11 keep them from their agenda.

--->(4) Thanks goodness the rest of we Canadians had better sense and did all that we could to at least offer our condolences and moral support:

http://www.legal-rights.org/condolences.html

Its certainly more than our PM did and it was heartfelt and meant by every Canadian except the Government -------s. And even some of them expressed it too regrdless of the PM. The Americans were so annoyed they RIGHTLY did not mention Canada in Mr. Bush's speech and I think rightly so. That was NO ERROR and I do not blame the Americans. once more the blame goes directly to our PM who thought FUNDRAISING was more important.

5.)April, 2001
Shawinigate......the conflict of interest between Jean's financial interest in the Grand-Mère Golf Club and his pressuring a Crown corporation for money for the next door Auberge Grand-Mère.

--->(5) And now that it is getting closer to come out in the open he sent the RCMP in to raid a person who sued him and wants to reveal the TRUTH about this little scam. And the ETHICS commissioner is also examining his little scam of accepting the BRIBE by BCE (BEV's Owner) for arranging and paying for the PM's golf game with tiger woods :

http://www.legal-rights.org/chretienbce.html

6.)On a walk through Hull, Quebec, Chrétien was confronted by a group of protesters. As if a Canadian Prime Minister had no bodyguards, he grabbed one man, Bill Clennet, by the throat and pushed him to the ground.

--->(6) Yes he is brave with 40 burley RCMP officers around him.

7.)When King Hussien of Jordan dies, Chrétien doesn't bother to attend funeral service. He continues on with his ski trip.

--->(7) One of the ONLY world leaders to do that other than Rhodesia.

8.)Oh and can we say APEC in Vancouver anyone????

--->(8) Thats why the RCMP are now nicknamed Peppersprayers. They peppersprayed Canadian citizens for the likes of the crook Suharto who is now ostracised and under house arrest in his own country. Imagine!!!

What is amazing is that this is just about 5% of the GOOFS this dork made and you can BET there will be many MORE to come :)

I could go on and on but just don't have the time to spend a few days typing up all of the embarassing faux-pas this man/party have given so graciously to the Canadian population free of charge as a thanks to re-electing them once more.

So the Liberal Party is the problem! Hmmmmm!
Well, I for one am and have been a Liberal Supporter! I will not defend Jean Chretien; personally, he's "Old and getting Senile"! And, I believe Paul Martin, can be a far better leader.
Bill-C68 was a TORY Brain-chlid...O' how we are quick to forget Kim Campbell [and, Mulroney; who now has an American address. But, yet we weren't sold out in the NAFTA deal! O.K.!]
The only time I ever got the old "YAH, RIGHT! ATTITUDE" towards Jean was the GST promise; there was NO WAY... ANY Party would even attempt to kill that "CASH-COW" .
There is NO GOVERNMENTAL PARTY that's going to please everyone. But, at least, my issues are being heard; and, with some acknowledgement.
But, than again is it the PARTY'S NAME; or, those elected to power.
Ontario's Prime Minister [the last to be titled that] Mr. Robarts, PC Leader was a caring man for the people of the Province. He introduced the Ontario Health PLan; more Educational Buildings and programs; and, was liked by a lot of people [i]"he was a Saint!" [a TORONTO DRUNK!] from London, Ontario. And, when the PM of Canada "Trudeau" wanted Ontario to "fold" our almost perfect Health Plan into the Canadian [Federal] Plan; Robarts held out until the last "breathe"; and, surrendered the best plan ever; with the remarks "There will never be a National Health Plan as secure as the Ontario Health Plan was." And, today we know he's right!
But, on the same note there will never be another Robarts [the PC Leader], in Ontario.
Look at the mess "Mikey Harris has done"; and, where is there a person worthy in the PC Federal-Level.....Joe CLARK????? NOT!
YES, every PARTY has there "IDIOSOS".
I'm only hoping "PAUL MARTIN" and the Liberals prove they are "worthy" to protect the Canadian People.
Forget about Stockwell Day; I got a sneaky feeling him and Sheila Copps are related somehow? They both talk just as "Stupid" [that's not Cupid, neither!] as the other. LOL!

I do understand where you are coming from as every party has it's one or two morons. My problem is the lack of regard that our leader has for all members of this country except for one or two select groups. If you can give him something then you will be his best friend until you are not useful anymore. He has forgotten that Canada doesn't end at Ontario (not trying to turn this into an east against west thing as I'm not blaming anyone but Jean for that) and truely doesn't understand the issues facing our country in the 21st century.

I am a student in school, and not the minority when I say how does he identify with me. My generation is the future of this country, but I watch members of generation and look with dismay at their feelings and actions. Most people my age don't vote, their feeling are "Why should I? They could care less about what happens to me or my opinions." and honestly I don't always blame them. Where was our feerless leader in the softwood lumber dispute. Oh that right, he was off at political conventions and too busy trying to make himself feel important than to care about the fact that one of BC's primary industries is being destroyed. There is a

Let's not forget about political mandatesand our lack of one. It's all fine and dandy to hum and haw about them, but the last time we truely had a national mandate was with the building of the CPR railroad and how long ago was that.

Now over the last 10-12 years I have watched our railroad system disintegrte to nothing. Do you realize it is cheaper for companies to truck goods across the border to the US, ship it by rail to the coast and then truck it back into BC than it is for them to ship it by rail or truck here. I know more than one company in my area that does that frequently, how should it be cheaper to pay duties and tarriffs on products that final destination is an 8 hour drive away in the same country?

There is no easy solution or quick fix for the problems facing us today, but we as a group need to step up to the plate and make our leaders accountable for what they are doing! We need to get involved and stay involved and think of how what we do right now affects the future.

Hi blcjet

I could not agree with you more but I fear many Canadians have simply given up on governments and voting, through a feeling of hopelessness, which is a true shame. I admire the way you realize that this is a serious problem in Canada because many unfortunately don't and will vote him in again next election notwithstanding all the corruption.

The feeling of hopelessness is very strong when our political leaders are so open about the graft they take and its so obvious that they grovel up to the" hogs trough" and take what ever they can get and then smile at us all the next day.

This goes for our most recent conservative government and the current liberal one. They just convicted a liberal supporter in Shawinigan (a PM buddy) of two counts of fraud for nearly $200,000.00. He was given a $10,000.00 fine and 2 years less a day to be served at HOME and in the community and did NOT have to pay back the 200 k he STOLE.

Compare this with the fact that they seized and still hold or block over $5.5 million dollars of my funds in Government bonds, 12,500 H-Cards that I purchased legally, many from DirecTV® dealers plus a whole bunch of other property, seized both my and my wifes cars, closed down my business, leaving myself and my family almost destitute. I have lived off of loans from good friends for over 3 years now. I owe a small fortune to friends and lawyers and here is the KICKER.

I and my wife were TOTALLY ACQUITTED and 10 criminal charges against each of us were totally thrown out of court and the judge said that the case should NEVER have been brought before him. This can be seen at

http://www.legal-rights.org/rvscullion.html

and this is the actual court ruling. Then, just to make sure, the crown appealed and LOST the appeal too and that judge said the same thing that it should never have been brought before him and now they are appealing to the Quebec court of Appeals which comes up on April 17th if they don't find a way to delay it further.

And what was all this for. Selling DirecTV® cards and products which has been ruled fully legal by 17 courts in Canada now.

Just how does the inequity of all this make me feel. Hopeless is a very weak word when it comes to this.

I see the political crooks, the graft takers and even convicted crooks getting off with NOTHING ($10,000.00 fine and he does NOT have to pay back the $200,000.00 he defrauded the Government of (us the people and taxpayers)) and can I swallow this of a convicted crook when I have had all charges dismissed, spent over $300,000.00 on legal fees and am finding it impossible to buy very expensive medicine called "gleevec" which I can afford (if I had access to my funds) but don't have the use of my funds and so I cannot buy this drug. This is a potential life saving medicine for me as I have a terminal cancer yet I cannot buy it.

Remember that DirecTV® only started in 1995 and I was raided in 1998 so you can well imagine that I made most of my money elsewhere, not in the business I was raided for. I have had assets of over $2,000,000.00 since the 1960's. I hate like hell telling this story of woe but does the outrageousness of this not get to you?

I can tell you it certainly DOES get to me and the injustice sometimes gives me thoughts that NO PERSON should ever have. But being a sane person, I slowly work my way through the system hoping that this appeal will be the last and that my $55 million dollar suit filed against the crown and RCMP will eventually give me some type of justice, although no amount of money will EVER remove the stress and the severe mental anguish this whole ordeal has brought on my family.

We even notice it in my 8 year old daughter who at a recent sleep over of a friend at our home here, was asked " boy this is a fancy home, you must be rich"? Her answer was "well we used to be but now the police seized all my daddy's property so we are poor now". That was enough to make me cry as obviously she does not know the meaning of either rich or poor and has not really suffered that much, but it was obvious that she knows something drastic happened to us.

I have lived where I live for 27 years now, built the house myself in my younger days, don't have any mortgage on this home or my Moms home I built for her on my 11 acre property, yet I can't pay my taxes or maintain the properties while convicted "Friends of the PM" in his home town, go free for serious criminal convictions.

Then people wonder why I post with such passion here and on the legal-rights site that I have built up over the three years that I have been forcibly unemployed. I have built that site to try and help other defendants so they wont have to pay high lawyers fees just to get previous rulings for jurisprudence. It was about the best use I could make of my time since my illness prevents me from working outside of the home. And luckily I know that several others have benefitted from my work which makes it all worthwhile.

What the hell can a person hope for from a country that does this to a law abiding citizen who has never been convicted of any crime at all, ever.

Its pretty difficult to accept when this is done to you and similar things to other people you know such as GS2 and all at the behest of a Giant monopoly PUKE who pays for our PM to play golf with Tiger Woods and who KNOWS what other graft that is not quite so obvious.

The criminals who do this and pass for a government, although not too respected of late, should be thrown in jail and the key thrown away. But we know that will never happen and they will go on doing these nebulous deeds they do. Why not when convicted criminal friends ofthe PM get 2 years in their own homes as a sentence for FRAUD.

What a FU C K I N G outrage!!!

A Happy, Healthy and Prosperous NEW YEAR to ALL!

Hey TTRK;

I couldn't agree with you more this time.

I am pained to hear of the anguish that has been inflicted on you and your loved ones and others like GS2 over something as truely trivial as TV. I am sorry but, it's really not all that important at the end of the day.

It is hard to fight a feeling of hopelessness and despair that permeates our country at this time, but by doing what you are doing and keeping the "fight" alive with education and information for the masses you are making a difference. Whenever I feel like it doesn't matter what I do I think of a little phrase, "If you think that you are too small to do anything, then you have never been in bed with a mosquito!" and I find it to be very true. With the way our political system is set up, unfortunately it is hard to affect change, and easy for those who have no respect for our country and citizen's to take advantage of it, but with time and energy and work on the part of those who truely care about Canada and all it stands for things will change!

I have to believe that and it's why I'm active in politics, have spent time going to things like Forum for Young Canadians and have been invited to attend functions like the Future World Leaders Summit in Wa, DC. With alot of hard work by those who are not afraid to call it as it is, can go a long way to changing our political system. I believe the first thing we need is someone who will stand up and say I'm not afraid of the big corporations, I will not tolerate all the crap that inevitablly goes on wiht lobbiests, and the such and I will not tolerate all of the typical political crap would be at first very disliked by the scared Canadian population, but would soon come to be regaled as the best leader our country has ever seen.

In the end I could stand up for hours talking about political changes that I believe are needed and quick for our country, but I'm going ot restrain myself and not go off on that tangent. :D

All I can say is thank you, thank you to those who continue to fight and stand up for their (and our) rights as Canadians, and offer information to learn the truth not just a prettily painted picture to hide the truth. Information is the best weapon against any attack, and the more information that is continued to be spread all over the more likely the Supreme Court will not fold to the wishes of the political pressures, and ALL of those unjustly accused/charged/persecuted/convicted by members of a flawed judicial system will be able to reclaim and finish what was originally started by a corrupt and greedy system.

Hi Blcjet,

I guess the one thing that I forgot to say above is that I have NOT lost my faith in our Judiciary at all no matter what has happened to me.

I think the best proof of this is that I have been acquitted and the last 17 judges have ruled on the LAW and have come down in our favor which is clearly what the laws states.

One Judge was even told by the crown outright at the end of a day in court "Mr. Sansfacon you know this matter is of GREAT importance to the Government and we ask you to consider that carefully when you make a decision in this case ".

Judge Sansfacon looked VERY angry when he WHACKED a book on his desk, the criminal code of Canada and said. "Ms. Lavoie, I will be ruling on what this book says, on the LAW and nothing else will influence me in ANY way" and he stormed out of the court.

Thank GOD that this is the kind of independent judiciary we have in Canada. Here is the result of that outburst and stupid plea by the Crown. Needless to say SHE LOST!!!

I really think that the Supreme Court are even more independent than lower lever judges and so I have full confidence that we will win this issue in the Supreme Court of Canada.

They are above the stupid remarks by Ms. Sheila Copps and other politicians in this corrupt Liberal government, in my opinion.

We have a VERY ethical judiciary in this country which is the last bastion of trust that Canadians can havehttp://www.legal-rights.org/images/ttrk.gif
