Rcaf38310 Hdtv

I just got a new RCAF38310 HDTV wDTC100 reciever built in. I like it but when I do an access card check it says "no card detected". Has anyone had this problem and is there a reset for this monster?

Is the card in the slot in the back of that big beast??? There is a card slot in the back of the TV Is the Card there???
If it is call RCA warranty will cover it!!!!!

Thank you ftwfred for your reply to my post. I didnt really want to call dave or RCA because of obvious reasons. The biggest reason I bought the monster was because of the dtc100 reciever built in and the nice fresh HU card in the slot. And I didnt have to sign any dtv contract! I made sure of that up front. It would only say insert valid card. So I went back to some old post and read! I strongly suggest reading! Anyway, I found an old post concerning the dtc100 and the reset procedure. Arrow down and power and pull the plug. The tv is now (HU) emuing some nice HD. Thank you very much! But like everyone has said, there isnt a lot of HD on dtv. But the off air is sweet. The motto is read up and you always find it on the Den.
