Dish on Holiday

Has anyone ever subscribed, then went on holliday, then returned to find dish is still activated with all previously paid for channels? I have heard a few people who still have activated cards for six - eight months! These are NOT tampered with cards and they still receive bills for 0.00.

PS- These are BEV subscriptions.

Never heard that one before but obviously someone make a mistake somewhere.

I had a friend who had his reciver turned off when he called in to cancel his service. Because he did not turn on his receiver for a couple weeks it did not recieve the end of service data and went on to working. But of cooourse because he wasn't paying for it he did not watch it and phoned in asap to recify the problem!
