DTC-100 Problem

I have a DTC-100 and am having problems. I am using a H-card. It works fine on the regular channels but all I get is a black screen on 199 and 509. What gives???

Both of those channels are high def, your receiver should pick them up. I get a blank screen on both of those channels but I don't have a high def receiver.

Do you have the dish set as an oval dish with two sattellite locations??? The HD channels are on the 119 bird!!! If yer dish is set properly and you have a good signal on the 119 bird you should get the HD channels.....

Make sure you have a good signal from Both satellites. You have to line up that dish, so you hit two signals at once and it is not easy. Go into the menu under assistance and you will find a signal strength meter.

The 110 bird used to carry the North Carolina Local channels...I do not know what it carries now, With the New Spot Beam Satellite up there...
