Anybody using a plasma screen set? Which one do you own and what do you think about it? :R :R :eek:

I believe I speak for everyone at this forum in saying-
TURn OFF THE GREEN. It makes it too difficult to read and when we strain to read your post we learn you really didn't have anything good to say any way. So from now on I skip your posts completely!

If you're asking about full size plasma tvs, the two best I have seen are the Pioneer PDP505HD and the Runco 61" (sorry I don't know the model number). The downfall is that the Pioneer is about $15,000 and the Runco is $33,000. The Runco comes with a scaler and it looks incredible.

I was checking out the 42" Sony and Panasonic. Both are in the 7k range and very picture comparable.

I just found out that Pioneer will also be releasing a 42" with an external tuner that will be in the same price range as the ones you are looking at. I don't know how it looks yet (I'll be installing it in about a month). Knowing the Pioneer line, it will look really good.
Stay away from the Zenith sets, they look like crap!!!
Panasonic and Sony always make good TVs too.
