You will have to put an HU ZKT and CAM ID onto the BS H card....

So that the newer IRD will think its an HU:D :D :D

You can always go emulation as well... This requires a PC computer, a special emulator board, a ISO card programmer, and emulator software. Oh, and a bs-h w/bootloader board or non-bs-h card.

The advantage is that if you have a virgin non-black sunday h-card, which has become quite a rare item, by using an emulator you are putting the card at the LEAST amount of risk from attack.

The downside is that you need a PC, theres a little more to it then "install script/bin/img" and watch tv. Also very recently emulators have experienced frequent hashing (loss of video, not a malicious card attach) requiring keeping your emulator files on the PC up to date. Before the holiday season hashes, I had been up for over 9 months.

Since you are talking about a HD receiver here, you will need to use HU CAM/ZKT on the .cor file -- that's the "virtual" h-card eeprom file that the emulator "runs".

Check out the Emulator and Emulator troubleshooting forums here on the ship for more info.
