Hi Everyone,
Isn’t it interesting that the Federal Court in Winnipeg has not yet released their decision on the URGENT INJUNCTIVE matter in the WIC suit. They want to enjoin Roy because, they say, he is doing them great harm. It seems like that was 2 - 2 1/2 months ago, but still no ruling. (It may be a bit less but not much)
One almost may get the idea that the judge ruling on this issue does NOT quite agree that its so urgent (the purpose for an injunction), thus no ruling yet. In my opinion that means a ruling for ROY.
After all, if it was against him then it would have been URGENT and ruled from the bench or within days of the hearing.
In this case --- NO NEWS IS GOOD NEWS, in my opinion.
