HTML question

Hi everyone, I dont know too much about html so I have a question for ya incase you do. I use the traffic exchange (start page exchanges) to direct traffic to my website. Most of the exchange programs require you to click on a random number or color that they tell you to click on in their little window. I was wondering how I can see the differences in the html in the links for the different colors or numbers. For example if the program tells you to click blue out of 5 colors, in order to recieve a credit, then what is the html code difference between blue and the other colors?
