View Full Version : Search Not Working?

Just wondering if I am the only person having a problem with the VIEW NEW POSTS link?

I have not been on The Den since yesterday, yet the VIEW NEW POSTS links says that there are no new messages since my last login. This has happened for a couple of days now. I have to assume something is screwy here on my end, otherwise someone else would have posted something by now, right?

Last login time was about 8:30p. Now 2a. In 5.5 hours there are no new messages? Hard to believe. Something is up with either the search engine, or maybe caching here. But, since The Den knew when I was last here, it should know about new messages too, right?

If a mod is around, could you check this out please. Let me know wazzup. Thanks.

I see what your talkin about BrainDamage, if I'm in a certain forum and just try to switch to another it tells me that there's no new posts there even when I know there is... Maybe Rise is workin on the sight???

I think Captain has disabled that feature. See this thread

That refers to SUBSCRIBED threads... not VIEW NEW POSTS LINK....

I clicked the VIEW NEW POSTS link and it said there were NO messages.. I find it hard to believe that between 9p last night and 8:30 the following morning there are no new messages to view.

Rise, can you help out here?
