Ok everyone, taking bets for todays 3/1 Hash, any takers on what time Dave will thrill us with pointless little games. I am thinking 3pm today CST. I am no coder, but love the thrill of figuring out what I can, and it start working again. Let the games begin!!

I'll say that at least scmx's fix goes down this afternoon, but Overclock's stays up at least till next Friday. This will be the first week that so many public fixes are on Dave's plate. How many he can swallow this time will give us a lot of insight on the half-life of future fixes. We might be able to get a pattern going here, actually. Get one fix out there hours after the hash starts, keep it in the public eye all week, and then come up with a pre-emptive back up on Wednesday or Thursday to make a seamless transition when the stream changes on Friday. Obviously, this doesn't make the task of fixing any easier, but at least it will keep the bandwidth down on Friday afternoons.

Call me optimistic if you will, but I don't think there will be any hashing today.

I'm with SGT_S.

I believe Dave has somewhat accomplished what he wanted to do as far as emulation is concerned...

But that doesn't mean he won't hash other things...1:15pm pacific for a new CMD82.

No Sarge, I was talking about the HU hash time I predicted (two new CMD82's posted by RAM 1:30pm). I was with you when I said there would be no emu hash today.

Everything fine here too... and, my HU is still going strong as of this writing...

I was the FIRST to predict NO EMU HASH for today... What do I win?

You originally posted no hash but did not specify no "EMU" hashing. Since an HU hash and DPBB hash DID occur your no-hash prediction was incorrect. We know what you meant though, so that counts for something. Hey, its a double-edged sword anyway. Look at bobydigatl. His posts will now go under extensive scrutiny by Den members in the future for making a prediction that was so suspiciously close to perfection. See what happens when you brag to everybody, Dave?

I should have included a disclaimer, next time I guess.

Do we have a public hanging or stoning for bobydigatl, the Dave conspirator? :)

I dont really know bobydigatl, but strictly going by his mushroom avatar, I would think he'd prefer to be stoned. (I know I would.)
