can i convert my bell 4500(dishnet marked on ird) to work with dishnet?

If you mean by setting up an alternate address in the US and paying by credit card, then the answer is no because the smart card and receiver numbers are unique to Express Vu. Also, Dish does not have a 4500 model. If you mean by other methods then you will have to get that information somewhere else.

I've heard something of the same nature, but not the sissy way andrew8468 talks about. I'm talking about aiming my bell satellite at the dish network sat, and having my bell card programmed by a dishnetwork dealer, as I don't have a dish compatible loader. Anyone else know anythinh of this nature?
