RCA DTC 100 hard re-boot?

How in the heck do I re-boot the DTC100?
I can't get it to get off of the subscribed HU card, so I can view distant (local) channels on the H card.

When the call 745 started, the reboot for the DTC was hold power and arrow down button. You must press them both at the same time. That never worked for me. It did reboot but didnt solve the problem. But here is what will. You have to take the cover off with a torx bit screwdriver. Look at the circuit board toward the rear near the access card slot. There is a tiny button mounted to the board. This is a reset button and will for sure reboot the system. You may loose any preferences you have set.
