espn on 45 west

hi i live in england and can pick up espn on 45 west but cannot decode it. does anyone have any ideas how i decode it? i have a programmer and ds9 cards(silver) but it uses the powervu system which is not used in europe so no one wants to help any ideas would be most helpfull.
