I was looking on Amazon and at the bottom of the page it lists where the product is popular. I didn't think they would sell a unit without a sub, and I didn't think you could sub in Canada. Anybody got an explanation?

a private individual CAN sell a unit without a sub though, and since you CAN'T sub in canada, you CAN'T buy a system in a store there.once you have a system though, you CAN walk into a storefront and get your card programmed to receive all programming , which makes units with cards VERY popular in the great white north

But Amazon is listing Canada as a popular place where they are selling them?

It clearly says you can only buy the item in the US and then it says it's popular in Canada

I know amazon doesn't ship these to Canada, but they are mighty popular up here :D
