I was looking at purchasing a Bev 5100 to complement my 4700 (and Tivo/UTV) but think I will limit my exposure until the fallout from this coming Friday judgement is digested. The greedy Canadian industry does not seem to count the fact that a great number of Directv viewers also subscribe to Canadian Satellite. Of ten or so of my DTV friends 8 subscribe to CDN satellite and we all will be mighty displeased if BEV and others pressure our lame government into some stupid new laws.
So the somewhat inferior 5100 will remain on the store shelf for now and a review of my BEV subscription will take place as things begin to shake out over the next few weeks. :mad:
