Alright...I'll admit, I'm still a kid at heart.
I want to start a thread on the XBOX because:
1. I want to see if some of my fellow testers also like their video games.
2. To get different opinions on XBOX games.
HALO is by far one of THE best games ever made. You haven't experienced the XBOX until you have linked 4 XBOX's together and played a 16 man free for all.
What games should I check out?
Lets the discussion begin! ...hopefully.

I LOVE THAT GAME! A few people I know have PS2's.
I can't wait for it to come out on the XBOX. Have you beat the game yet? That's a game that will allow you to be as "psycho" as you want to be.
I heard it was pulled off the shelves in some places?

I have been thinking about getting one. I have been hooked on DiabloII for a while now. Hell, I have even sold characters on eBay. I must admit, I still love my level 99 Amazon.:D I know, it sounds foolish for a 44 year old, but the whole gang I play with are all over 40.
Can't seem to find an Xbox around here. They get bought up before I can make it to the store.:( But, now, I spend all of my time doing this. I need to at least log all of my characters on so my equipment doesn't disappear. I would hate to lose my Windforce.:)

Do you know the hooker trick psycho?
You pick up a hooker and park in a dark place. You will then see the car start to move up and down;). This increases your life points!

I've played it once...and only multiplayer with a friend after work. He had just got it and we gave it a test run. He played the 1st player mode and it looked very nice. The way the window glass shatters and then sheets downward once shot was really cool. Thanks for the tip pimp;)

There are about 4 multiplayer options for halo now, but gamespy is still the most popular even with all the ad's. but there is nothing like getting a guys flag and racing it back and scoring to find the other guy comming in the front door and put a shotgun to his chest and boom.... hes dead. Multiplayer in halo blows the campain game away seriously. I love playing all rockets. get 8 people in a small area with rockets... all you hear is dolby explosions everywhere. It is worth it completely, plus Project Gotham Racing, (not batman ----) but real, fast cars is pretty good.

28 year old PS2 owner here. I've been a video game freak for most of my life. GTA3, GT3, MGS2, are the three games I got with my "make your own bundle" deal and I love all of them. Since then, I've gotten Tiger Woods PGA tour 2002 (great golf game), Jak and Daxter (great platform game for kids and adults alike), and WWF SmackDown JBI. Monday night I went out and got a 36" TV and now my 6 year old son and I fight more than ever for game time. LOL.

If you like sports game, action games, and first person shooters, go with the PS2 or XBOX.
If you like mario bros type games and RPG's, go with the game cube.
I believe all are around the same price nowadays, game are at least. The reason the XBOX may be more money still is that it comes with a huge (as far as gaming systems) hard drive built in. No need for a million memory cards. You can rip your own cd's and play them as a soundtrack while playing certain games! It does incorporate a memory card system as well though.

If you really remember, when playing that Intellivision Baseball...if you heard the player catch the ball, then you were too slow.
Swish, swish, swish, swish....never a plunk.
And let's not forget Lock N Chase. A true fien game. I played those two with no fun intended...just a game junkie. And to think the Bud Sack was rolling then too. Nothing but the BUD sack, ball, and them little gold pieces.

You guys think your so hot with all of this video game stuff don't ya!
Well, let me tell you about my super powered PONG game.
This sucker hooks right up into the TV, and a small pixelized ball goes back and forth... you hit the ball with paddles controlled by a base unit with circular moving controllers on it!
And, what is really cool, is that if you play long enough, you can see the game on the TV even when you are not playing the game.
Can your games do that?!? :R

Yep,
Still have Genesis and Super Nintendo, also have the double pro fighter which is a copy machine for that works with both systems. It copies the rom off the cartridge to floppy disk then you play the games in the systems memory. I have about 300 games on disk.
Thinking about it, I was always stealing some service from something, whether it be cable, satellite or video games. Always a pirate I guess:)
