Guys, I wanna start off by telling you about myself. Im 18yrs old, tuning 19, and have been turning to your site for both support, information, and sometimes just for a good read. I would just like to thankyou, all the mods, and members for making this site what it is. I havent been able to become a member, or donate YET. its really hard to pay for university and find some left over money to donate but as Ive stated in another post, im gonna sell some stuff to donate. You guys have been extremely active in trying to ensure us canadians our freedoms at a large cost to yourselves. You all speak from the heart, and are very knowledgable in what you speak of. Your info is layed out with pinpoint accuracy, and though ive never met you, or seen you, I completely trust you and everything you say. If I were Prime Minister (maybe someday) Ill be sure to secure you a job with me somewhere, because theres no-one I would rather have protecting our freedoms than you. Thankyou and I wish you continued success on all your endeavours.

And for the record, we will win.

I want to thank you very much for taking the time and for being so considerate as to make this post.

Strangely GS2 and I are friends outside of the Satellite Community and we both got involved in assisting people when we realized that we were spending a small fortune on our own cases and that much of the money we were spending was going to legal research. The lawyers spent untold hours going over the various lawsuits or having juniors in their office do this. Although we had 2 different law firms as primary lawyers, this was the case for both of us and these lawyers were separately looking up the exact same information, twice in a row for each of us. This led us to discuss what a great help it would be to others if we took all the information gathered on our behalf and shared it on a website with all other defendants across the country.

And then we realized, it was NOT just defendants who needed this but their LAWYERS too. It turned out that virtually no lawyers were very specialized in this because the government never really bothered people before. In fact, Industry Canada used to appear at our Satellite shows in the early 90's and tell us that it was just FINE to decode foreign signals. As amazing as that sounds today, its the truth. If we had only filmed and recorded one of these meetings back then that would have provided a valid defence for every single person across Canada.

In any case we did not but quickly GS2 and I realized that we could put up a web site that would help lawyers and defendants alike all across the country. When we became aware of a seizure or Raid anywhere, we would find out who the person was and contact them and eventually reach their lawyer and offer our help and knowledge that we has amassed at great cost. But this time it would be provided for free, quickly getting both lawyers and defendants "up to speed" on the issues.

Because of the cooperation were also able to scan and submit CASE TRANSCRIPTS from what various government witnesses stated in courts and lock them into what they had said. This did not allow them to vary their evidence to match the case like they would have liked to do.

That put the kibosh to their adapting testimony to suit the circumstance because the lawyer would ask "Mr. XXX on this day (date) were you asked this question and did you give this answer ?

And the witness was stuck and HAD to be truthful.

Soon we realized that this cooperation could be very advantageous. We also realized that we possesses all the Rulings required for a book of authorities. Actually lawyers are a little like anyone else and are a bit lazy. If they had a poor copy of a ruling, they would photostat it and submit it to the judge. Well I realized that many of these were UNREADABLE (old faxes etc.) and that the judge would NOT bother to read something that was so difficult. So we made it our business to get ORIGINALS of these, scan them and OCR them so that we had perfect copies of most things. And we would prepare the complete "book of authorities" for the lawyers to submit.

This further saved defendants money (lots of it) and gave judges rulings that they would READ. And with all that was being done we began to WIN. In fact we won case after case after case. Both the Leblanc and Ereiser cases has been won before this but what we did played no small part in helping to create wins across the country.

Eventually we realized that we needed to take ONE case all the way to the Supreme court because the crowns were never going to stop hassling us. The appealed every ruling and were vicious in their prosecution. So we observed all the cases and determined that the CanAm case had many useful features and discussed it with our lawyers. They felt the same way and we began to support them and to try to raise the funding because small CanAm in Vancouver area who don't have the funds.

And that's how we got to where we are now. Supporting CanAm and hoping that we can get the funding in to do it before they take all our rights and flush them down the toilet as they did in that political fiasco the Supreme Court called a ruling in law. That is a total farce because all they did is take a conclusion that the government wanted and try to figure out how to write it up and justify it.

When you sit back and READ the poppycock that was stated and try to solve that mystery, all you end up doing is realize that no amount of dissecting those words can turn the impossible in to anything but an implausible explanation that is so transparent that even all the newspapers are outrages at it. This section on the "THOUGHT POLICE" shows all the rulings and explains my comments on how this is nothing but a disguised version of "CENSORSHIP," something you would expect out of the ZIMBABWE Supreme Court of Mr. Mugabe, not in Canada. Outrageous, is all I can say.
