To The Real King!!

Hi Folks,
Listen it has just come to my attention that many people are put out because we have initially requested injunctions in Quebec, Ontario and BC. People think this is because we are here in the east.
Folks it has NOTHING to do with that at all. These are Canada's three most POPULOUS Provinces and that is why. BC is the home of CanAm who were named in the previous Charter issue so they are indispensable. But we fully intend this to be granted across Canada in every Province.
We have opponents such as Bell ExpressVu and our own Government and they will argue that we should NOT get the Injunctions granted. But if we can win over these arguments in these three courts we believe that the crown will be obliged to agree for all of Canada as a court certainly will at that stage. But we have to WIN in these three venues first and that is NOT done yet. please have patience and understnd that EVERYTHING we do is with the Rights and Freedoms of ALL and EVERY Canadian in mind. When we decided to fund the CanAM battle neither Me nor GS2 not Dave Fuss had EVER met or knew their principle Richard Rex. And we ONLY know of him now because of this battle not because he is a buddy or something.
This has NOTHING to do with self interests in any way.
We have to go step by step in this but do not think we are ignoring other Provinces. This fight is for the rights of ALL CANADIANS all across the country but this is our approach given limited funds. We need help from all of you if we are to carry this off and we do NOT want anyone feeling neglected.
So when I realized that some were feeling this way I just felt that I needed to address it. Unfortunately when I talk to you folks I am TALKING TO OUR COMMON ENEMY TOO. So please do not be put out if sometimes this are not reported UNTIL our objectives are met. You cannot make these fights totally public and tell the enemy what you are doing if you expect to win. And remember this is also a SATELLITE COMMUNITY EFFORT because many of us are from the US or other countries down south. many here do not test and are interested because they have dishes and are part of the community. We have received much support from Americans, Mexicans and people all over the islands too. They are all interested in seeing the hobbiests sites continue on as they are hobbiests too. many are interested in the installation forums or hardware forums and simply want to learn more about Satellite. This is an issue for everyone in the SATELLITE community who has an interest from any angle and we need support from everyone. Its a Canadian issue only in the courts but people everywhere are watching and helping. If you are part of the satellite community, we are part of YOU!!!
