well guys, JUST THE MAIL MAN HERE:

don't know if this means that we do NOT expect a ruling until may 21st? just found this over at legal rights.org:


Grey market customers can purchase a satellite receiver for about $400 and pay monthly for programming &emdash; fed directly from the U.S. and other countries. It's estimated that there are grey market satellite receivers in at least 600,000 homes across the country.

There will be another hearing May 7 to decide if the injunction should stay in effect until May 21, when a final hearing will be held.

What that was saying is that the hearing held today in Ontario on the injunction, would be valid until May 21, when a "final hearing" is held. Today's hearing was an appeal after the first hearing held last week.
