That means he will give his decision at noon on this Friday


Its 50/50


The Injunction remains in force till Friday and it will either be extended or not on that day.

TORONTO (CP) - An Ontario Superior Court judge has had to reserve until Friday a decision on the black market satellite television case. A coalition of 17 Ontario satellite TV dealers is seeking an extension of a seven-day injunction they won last week following a ruling by the Supreme Court of Canada.
