A continuation of the temporary injunction for Ontario was not granted today. Although, I have not seen the written judgement, the lawyer handling the case confirmed the judges descison. The court felt that there was no proof or evidence to prove that enforcement action would be forhcoming. The charter application is still scheduled for May 21 2002. I am sure there will be a copy of the written descision posted here or legal-rights.org or newsprint in due course.
