Representing an intervener group called the Canadian Association for Freedom of Information and Ideas, communications lawyer Ian Angus also failed in an attempt to bring a new case of his own before a judge in Winnipeg last week.

I know nothing about that, I think someone has their facts skewed....the only case here in Winnipeg involving Ian Angus is my own, dating back to 1997, from an illegal seizure conducted by the RCMP, in which all the Charter evidence is in, and we are waiting for a Judgement on. The BEST aspect of this case is that McNuts already tried intervening and was DENIED, and he NEVER APPEALED than denial.
