A phone call to Program Source -(CND grey Mkt provider)-elicited the following:
1. They are still in business.
2. They will make a decision to continue or quit following the May
21st Charter challenge.
3. They Supplied informational papers to local MP - (Beleive
Alliance member)- from Brantford,Ont.
4. Meeting with this MP today to discuss matter, as he would have
had opportunity over the weekend to read papers supplied.
Added comment: I beleive one of the principals of Program Source is an executive of CBAC - C-Band Alliance of Canada - who, as we know, backed out of the Supreme Court hearing at the last minute.
Some months ago, I mentioned to this executive, that if the Supreme Court case was lost that his company would be out of business! He said that there were other things as important that could be done...beyond the Supreme Court case. He didn't say what, and I couldn't understand how much could be done if the highest court in the land ruled against 'us'. Can't expect much from an opposition MP though....little he could do except commiserate.
Like to hear from anyone who has queried their grey Mkt provider about this situation.
