One of us is confused. Sky, at least in Mexico, is not DTV. NDS is DTV, no?

NDS is the company that provides the encryption security to SKY and DTV, in some countries the cards state that belong to NDS (News DataCom)

I have this card for Mex DTV: GX17001B. Is there anyway to program it. Jensen: did you ever get any anwsers to your question?

There is someone here in Mex saying that they have a "placa" (plate) that opens DTV LA (Latin America). Do they mean a card, or are talking about emulation. I am waiting for an explanation from them now.
