Where do these people stand on the issue of reverse grey market?

BEV/*C both openly sell their product and services south of the border.

Seems rather odd that they spend millions and millions of our tax dollars ensuring that DTV/E* are kept out of Canada because:

A. they do not have a licence to sell in Canada

B. they will not follow the Canadian content rules.

What about BEV/*C selling to the USA?

A. they do not have a licence to sell in the USA

B. they do not follow the FCC rules regarding networks.

What exactly are they saying? It is alright for BEV/*C to collect from American customers, but not alright for DTV/E* to collect from Canadians.

Why have they not gone after the reverse grey dealers?

Why are they going after the middle man and the end user? Why do they not go after DTV/E* directly? Why do they not sue them. They both know that they have tons of Canadian customers by the CC#'s. Why do they not go after the kingpins with an Anton Pillar order?

They seem to be on their own agenda.

Unfortunately all the people that you mention are Canadian and as such could care less about US laws being broken.

Its well known that BEV have a policy of one thing in Canada and another thing completely when it comes to breaking US law. They know that DirecTV® have a LARGE customer base in Canada and lie about that constantly pretending they don't. We all know their credit card payments come from easily visible Canadian credit cards than cannot be missed. And BEV do the opposite and nobody cares. And if it was a CRIME in Canada we could NOT expect the Liberals to do anything about it and go after their favorite little BEV who are a subsidiary of BCE who have bribed Jean Cretien, the PM and are being pursued by DEMOCRACY WATCH for this. I have even had actual "grey market" vendrs links posted at the bottom of that page that shows advertising for BEV in the USA and the fact is that BEV knows all about it and they BREAK AMERICAN LAW willingly and knowingly. One of their dealers who has a chat forum, at:

advertises it clearly and BEV know all about it. Have they ever done anything about it, of course not. They LOVE it because it gets them even a bit for DirecTV® having some 300,000 plus customers in Canada yet going to the Supreme Court of Canada as intervenors and boldly LYING on the affidavit and saying they do not do it. These F U C K E R S have the NERVE to LIE to our highest court, yet we were not permitted to cross-examine them on their affidavit. Its a total outrage how this is swept under the carpet by the liberals and the courts in Canada while Canadians are prosecuted for selling the DirecTV® signal in Canada. Its an INCREDIBLE OUTRAGE that nobody cares.

But its not the end and you will be hearing more about this in the near future but I cannot say if the court will take any notice of it. I cannot tell you how or where but it will be brought up again soon.

Its clear that our government does nothing about this wrongful action and prefers to PROSECUTE Canadians for the opposite action which was NEVER intended to be illegal, while ignoring this obvious transgression. People need to KNOW that this is done knowingly and they are being PROTECTED by the Liberals, the CRTC, HERITAGE, INDUSTRY CANADA and the RCMP all under instructions from the Liberals.

Its about time that Canadians BOOTED the LIBERALS from power just as they did in the by-election in WINDSOR WEST and I really hope that Canadians have the BALLS to BOOT them in other places too, but I seriously doubt it, unfortunately.
