If you have received a summons, get with a lawyer ASAP.

If you fail to show up, they win in default. At least your lawyer might be able to get it put off.

Make sure you check www.legal-rights.org & www.satlaw.org these websites may give you lawyers names in your area that understand the problem.

You can also email TTRK ( TTRK@legal-rights.org ) and see if he knows someone who can help.

Sorry I mis-read your post.

satlaw is up, but it depends on your ISP as to how quick they update the DNS records.

Some of the webpages on it are being updated, so some links might not work off it, but the main page does.

Yup, we are up and running but like Sir Johna said ISP's can take up to a week to update and allow you to see the page.

We are still in the building process, and like everything there is ALWAYS room to change and grow. I'd just like to say a big thanks to TTRK and Sir Johna for all they have done so far, and I look forward to working in conjunction with them and ALL of the others who are in this battle!

There will be fairly regular updates on this page, and as well ikf there are things you want to see on that site please let either me or falcon (another mod here) know and we will try to accomadate you!
