Letter From Direct TV claiming they are going to take me to court

I recieved A letter after I ordered 5 Emilators from auesome-iso The letter title is Re: Purchase of illegal Satellite Signal Theft Device(s). It claims that I have until Aug 8th to call the phone number and admit I am stealing a signal, I also have to return the eqipment and pay a fine.

Has anyone else seen this ? Is there a way to fight it ?
