Regarding the letters that people are receiving, can anyone share which dealers were raided and records handed over? Were they all American dealers or any Canucks?

I think you might want to read a little and do your homework before you ask many questions. While its easy to just ask everything, that's not the way to win friends and influence people :)

And people should understand one thing. If YOU bought from ANY DSS SITE that was busted, you are gong to have 2 things happen.

(1) You are going to get the letter.

(2) you are going to get sued.

This idea of crossing your fingers and hoping is nothing more than wishful thinking. The best thing that ANYONE who bought from a DSS site can do is take some POSITIVE steps to assist your situation. And you may want to read this:

There ARE things you can and should do to assist yourself and the first of those is to understand that a LETTER IS COMING. Once you understand that you can take assertive and positive steps to help yourself.
