think ill start my own end user group!

ill get me a p.o.box next to the federal
court in san francisco.
then start sending out letters. telling
people i am going to start doing arrests,
of people who bought signal pirateing
devices. ill even open a website. give
a telephone number were they can leave
a voice mail message. on it ill say leave
a number and ill call you back.
in the letter ill say you can be fined 10,000
dollars a device.you only have 1 week to get in
touch with me.
when they call or there attorney calls ill tell
em i wont if they send me oh say 2000 dollars,
but because im in a good mood ill settle for 1,000
dollars today only.ill take paypal or any major credit
card. hell ill even send half the proceeds to dtv.

now for my 1,000 sweetheart deal they
will of course have to sign an
agreement. that holds me harmless
from any future legal action .
there will be a non disclosure
agreement also with very large
pentalties if they do.
ill only go after people with
dtv subs and dishes on there
house. getting the info on who
bought what will be easy
hell ill just buy that from some
fly by night dealer.
then ill use the agreements to
profile the violators.
of course my profile will show
that people who have legit dtv
subs and have dishes on there
houses may have pirate signal
stealing devices.
