One more question is whiteviper and vector the same (they are listed together on the lawsuit.) and is vector the same as vcipher the one who clames the invoices were fabricated. I am basically asking if whiteviper has the same stand that the invoices are fabrications.
Thank You all who reply

Hi Shayla,
No Vcipher is a totally different company and have nothing to do with Vector or White Viper.
I do know that the Vcipher stuff is Fabricated but I have no idea about the others. I believe they got those in a raid and that many were raided together since they all used the same Fulfillment center. But if you look at what they claim is evidence, its totally outrageous. Since when is buying a lawful product at a good price over the internet a crime. They have absolutely no proof of any wrongdoing and they have very little hope of winning these in court a they did against the vendors whose cases in many cases are not even over yet..

This is all about BLUFF and in fact that is working for them since most people would rather pay them the $3500.00 per purchase they made and move on. Why certainly puzzles me but it seems people would rather be extorted than fight. Most of the lawyers will also say to settle since it may be the cheaper route to go. But you make some terrible admissions on their settlement docs at:

and they will even ask for (AND GET) access to your satellite receiver between 9 AM and 5 PM on weekdays. How people can live with that type of intrusion into their lives beats me. But that is what they want (and GET) when people settle. The potential for criminal charges to follow is also VERY HIGH since they force you to make admissions. They could NEVER win a criminal case with the so called evidence they have but once you admit things its a totally different game. Best of Luck to youhttp://www.legal-rights.org/images/ttrk.gif

This is my first post here...I am a Canadian and only been testing my home system for 1 year! Read many of your posts and others regarding the DTV letters! Here are just my observations and thoughts:
If those scum lawfirms whoms been senting out these letters on behalve of DTV demanding settlements of $3500 basing on circumstantial evidence (purchasing legal equipments from online suppliers whose been accused/convicted of piracy).
And we, the Joe- blow citizens are force to settle, NOT BECAUES OF GUILT in the court of law, but because of the FINANCIAL RESTRAINS to battle the large $$$ rich corpperation in the court of law...heres my thought:
If you could seek out a lawfirm/lawyer, willing represents the people (say a hundred plus??)willing to pay the $3500 settlement for "a piece of mind" (NOT GUILT IN THE COURT OF LAW) and challenge the accussations and counter suit...What do you think of the chances??
