Injunctions and "lack of jurisdiction"???

Hello I was just wondering if anyone knew if in the civil cases in California where the judge ruled for an injunction against the defendant, the defendants were required to pay a fine. I mean did they just have to agree to the injunction or did they have to pay also?

Another question. I am assuming that the dismissals in California for "lack of jurisdiction" were just becaus the defendants were not California residents?
