Be sure you lock your doors and windows at home. A local man was murdered in his home over the weekend. Detectives found him face down in the bathtub. The tub had been filled with milk and cornflakes, and a banana was sticking out of his ###.
Police suspect a cereal killer.

Sorry to hear that, Bone Daddy. I have the utmost respect for cops as a profession, but like all other professions, you get your criminals doing the job too. :(

Don't feel bad for that guy, he pulled a gun(I didn't know him)and the police killed him where he stood..

Clearly, then, the police were justified in their job. That's always good to hear (and usually, the bad cops are few & far between...)
In the mid-80's in a town I used to live in, the most prolific bank robber (on the order of 40 robberies or so) turned out to be a policeman. Now that's what you call a bad cop. IIRC, he only got caught because of a mechanical malfunction on his getaway car.

I almost forgot. How long ago was this? Seems an incident here might be related as the MO seems similar. A man with purple nuts was found dead amongst some flakey stuff. Could it be the "grape nuts killer". :gg

IT IS WITH THE SADDEST HEART I PASS ON THE FOLLOWING:
PLEASE JOIN ME IN REMEMBERING A GREAT ICON - THE VETERAN PILLSBURY SPOKESMAN. THE PILLSBURY DOUGHBOY DIED YESTERDAY OF A YEAST INFECTION AND COMPLICATIONS FROM REPEATED POKES IN THE BELLY. HE WAS 71.
DOUGHBOY WAS BURIED IN A LIGHTLY GREASED COFFIN.
DOZENS OF CELEBRITIES TURNED OUT TO PAY THEIR REESPECTS, INCLUDING MRS. BUTTERWORTH, HUNGRY JACK, THE CALIFORNIA RAISINS, BETTY CROCKER, THE HOSTESS TWINKIES, AND CAPTAIN CRUNCH.
THE GRAVESITE WAS PILED HIGH WITH FLOURS.
AS LONG-TIME FRIEND, AUNT JEMIMA DELIVERED THE EULOGY, DESCRIBING DOUGHBOY AS A MAN WHO NEVER KNEW HOW MUCH HE WAS KNEADED.
DOUGHBOY ROSE QUICKLY IN SHOW BUSINESS, BUT HIS LATER LIFE WAS FILLED WITH TURNOVERS.
HE WAS NOT CONSIDERED A VERY "SMART" COOKIE, WASTING MUCH OF HIS DOUGH ON HALF-BAKED SCHEMES.
DESPITE BEING A LITTLE FLAKY AT TIMES, HE EVEN STILL, AS A CRUSTY OLD MAN,
WAS CONSIDERED A ROLL MODEL FOR MILLIONS.
TOWARD THE END IT WAS THOUGHT HE WOULD RISE AGAIN, BUT ALAS,
HE WAS NO TART.
DOUGHBOY IS SURVIVED BY HIS WIFE, PLAY DOUGH; TWO CHHILDREN, JOHN DOUGH AND JANE DOUGH; PLUS THEY HAD ONE IN THE OVEN. HE IS ALSO SURVIVED BY HIS ELDERLY FATHER, POP TART.
THE FUNERAL WAS HELD AT 3:50 FOR ABOUT TWENTY MINUTES.
(sorry for the caps. this was a cut-n-paste and i didn't want to go through and correct them. :) )

Subject: Picture of a Ghost - For Bone Daddy
This is pretty neat. Apparently the owners of this house had been seeing images and hearing voices for quite a while. They did some research and found that a lady once lived in the house who lost her husband during the civil war. Legend says that she used to sit at the table and look across the fields in anticipation of her loved one returning home. He never came. So, they say she still waits. They caught this photo of what they claim to be her.
This one was wild and a little spooky once you find the ghost in the picture. It took me a while to find it, but when you do, it just stands out. Like one of those optical illusions.
To save you some time, concentrate around the table. Best not to focus too much on one spot. Look around the table and toward the window. If you don't see it at first, don't give up. It takes some people a minute or two to see it.
