help on Gal card programming !!!

I have read alota info posted here, but does anyone have any info on GAL card programming,

do one need a special programer or unlooper from say, like a, KAC or a T6 wave unlooper, and if so what programs do one use.

I have not heard of GAL. Do you mean GLA? If so then you need to head over to the spanish forums here.
