I hit the ball to one side, and back again it comes.
Maybe if I slam it this time, I can beat this bum.

You can be Russia. I will be the USA.
The air has lifted…it is time to play.

One shot in the corner. One off the board.
If I get this one in the middle, I will double my score.

3, 2, 1…and off it goes.
It doesn’t look like it is going in. I didn’t feel it in my toes.

What games I am playing? Can you buy them in a store?

These are the answers i beleive

i am pretty certain on 1 - 4
but 5 still bothers me.

"feel it in toes"? means 'kick' which means football.
but nothing in football goes in, just through the uprights.

the toe thing steers me away from basketball too.
