Safest Way

What is the Safest way to order a Loader for an HU card. Are only American Dealers getting busted? Are Canadian dealers OK to order from. I am not positive this is the place to post this but I just want to know what knowledge has been gained from evereyone that has now seen how DTV goes after people.

here is my .02. use a money order and a fake name. I think If I had done business that way in the past I may have got a letter but it would be to someone who does not exist. They sould be sending letters to john doe instead of me.
