My parents just got the letter and they live in Ky. The letter is from Texas. Anyone else in Ky.? What lawyers have you talked to? My biggest question is why should you even think about settlement until an actual suit is filed. Once it's filed and you are notified wouldn't your lawyer have plenty of time to work a settlement? Or am I way off base? Thanks for any info.
