Does pacer show the complete complaint filed?

PACER rocks! Worth every penny of that $0.07-per-page fee they charge!

Depending on the particular court the suits are filed in, you can get
damn near anything you want to know about a particular case online!
Of course, there are some exceptions, but not many, and depend on the
court in question. They are also running a pilot program to "allow 11
selected courts to provide remote public access to criminal
case documents."

The worst part about it was waiting the week or so for my assigned login
information to arrive via regular mail.......

Are the lawsuits already filed by DTV on individuals that purchased programmers and unloopers or are they individuals that bought pre-programmed cards? I am curious, I figure that they would stand a better chance going after someone who bought a programmed card rather than someone who bought a ISO programmer.
