At this rate it shouldn't take long for this to become pennystock...
I can smell the employment line in California getting longer....

I wonder how low it will get. I am always game for buying a stock that is artificially low and selling when it bounces back.

I think you can stick a fork in NDS. Who wants to do buisness with a company that does ----ty work and on top of that hands out your technology.. NDS is more corrupt than ENRON and now there exploits are starting to surface at a time when corporate scandals are not tolerated by the public...it couldnt have happened to a better company

considering that NDS has only months left in its contract with DTV, which will significantly change their cashflow, and the lawsuits from Canal+ and DTV which are starting to ramp up, I wouldn't bank on that stock making a recovery anytime soon, if ever....

i keep hearing that bankruptcy is going to befall NDS in the near future.. if it does you can bet dean will not shed a tear in its remembrance (he may even throw a party)

well, actually considering that I have several pending lawsuits against them, and others in the works, I hope they can hang on at least a little while longer.....I would hate to have to collect from their co-defendants (such as K. William McKenzie)....

....and they finished the day .04 lower at $6.71, they actually hit a new all time low of $6.50 but recovered slightly....

...stock scouter has downgraded to level 2 (1 being lowest 10 being highest) and says:
NDS Group plc, a small-cap growth company in the technology sector, is expected to significantly underperform the market over the next six months with above average risk.

With above average risk... that's a bit disorted ;)

well it seems that in the early morning trading today (wednesday) nds has managed to re-bound to 7.50 a share... this will probably cause a significant sell off by friday..
