disclaimers?
i have a question and or thought regaurding alot of disclaimers that places that sell the devices use.... they basically come out and say that you agree not to use these products in an illegal fashion before entering such and such a site and that they dont condone it etc....
so this would tell me that hey if this person clicked accept before buying this equipment then that means that he is not planning on using the stuff in an illegal fashion.... legit companies do a similiar dislcaimer when you purchase anything its sort of like a digital signature...
I realize that that likely hold water in a court of law, but i was just thinking that when companies get/got busted and they turned over the list of clientel would they not also have to turn over the list of people that said "no i am not using the device for illegal purposes" thus establishing that the buyer was not goign to use this stuff to hack satellite?
just a thought.
