Can any one tell me if Canadian Security and Technology is a Canadian or an US Company and if they were busted for sure?

Good question... I was wondering the same. I know someone that bought from there (CanSat) and got the letter. But Fulfilment Plus was listed NOT CanSat.

I purchased from CanSat and received the letters. My merchandise came
from Fulfillment Plus. From what I have read, apparently several of
the dealers that used Fulfillment Plus may have cut deals with DTV to
escape prosecution, including CanSat, but I can't verify that as more
than a rumour.......
