Now we can't get a response out of their attorney's. We were trying to settle and now they won't return our calls and emails. Anyone else getting this response. Its almost been a month.

Unless you are a subscriber, that would worry me.

Could be trying to better their position in negotiations?

No I'm not a subscriber. It could be they just are overloaded with work from the letter. It always took about 2 weeks to hear back.

Were you accepting their last offer to settle or were you maiking a counter offer? If you were making a counter offer, they more then likly will not call back.
