Since no matter what combinations (thanks for all your suggestions) I try to reset or access the service menu don't seem to be getting me anywhere (almost like I'm locked out of the unit). Will the reset switch I've seen mentioned inside the unit do a hard re-boot? As far as opening he unit, from what i can tell, a small hex tool should work???
