I have never tried homebrewing, but have sampled several friends concoctions and have the utmost respect for anyone who brews their own beer. This is a great time of year for microbrews too. Sam Adams and Harpoon Octoberfests are $9.99 a 12 pack lately. Can you believe that a 6 pack of bud is about the same price? Very scary.:K

I used to homebrew but found I was testing all I could brew. So now its just a few Hefeweizen with lime.

Not sure what you are saying, but i hope you have been drinking heavily with all of the free time you have had. Remember, a wise man once said "never trust a man who doesn't drink" lol.;)

go to a town in texas call Brenham (yes where they also make Blue Bell Ice Cream),,, there is a brewery there and they make some pretty good beer "Brenham Brewery" free tours and all you can drink after the 3 minute tour. the guy that runs the place only services about 20 bars and has no intention of getting to be big, he likes the small town atmosphere and pace.
