I just searched CNN's website and found nothing to support any part of this rumor.

That is because the original posted made a mistake. CNN did not report this. It was MSNBC that broke the story.

This is going to be very interesting. I heard that Tanya is already commenting on the size of F. Lee Bailey's 'jury pool'. I would give the link, but that is not allowed.
