Chinese wing drumettes that I made myself. Used chinese 5 spice, a little plum sauce, some fresh ginger, etc. Cooked them up in a wok.

Up in Buffalo NY every place on every corner has the meatiest, best flavor of any place in the world...It's just a city thing...Great pizza too...

As far as the "chains" go, there is a place called Buffalo Wild Wings that is pretty darn good. Thoug, they don't tend to have the sights that Hooters has.....

as for wings, nothing beats home cooked! - smoked on the barbeque with my special cuncoction of spices and sauce (liberal use of tobasco)- chased with a few bottles of sleeman dark ale. mmmmmmmm
