Whats up,

My boss just built a new house and he has 3, yes count that 3 HDTV's in the house. one in the living room, one in his bedroom, and another projector in the gameroom. He wants HD on all of them, plus 2 more regular box's in the guest room and his bathroom. Before you say why, I will answer. HE IS RICH AND HE WANTS IT. Aside from the oval dish what all do I need to complete this project in terms of hardware? How many dishs and how many splitters will I need? All the rooms are wired for sat, and there is a break out box in the garage with 2 coax wires for each room. I am just wondering if any one has delt with an installation like this before?

Thanx
John

Spaun makes a multiswitch that allows upto 8 receivers on it, all of them HD if he wants all 8 to be that way... To do more then 8 gets a lil complicated.....

How many leads come off the dish? The dish he has bought has 3LNB's on it, I havnt seen it yet, but how does this whole thing work? Is it like the oval dish with Duel LNB

LNB1-----\____| |======TV1&2
LNB2-----\____|Switch |======TV3&4

How does it work when there is LNBS?

LNB 1 (Both Leeds) - Sat A Input on multiswitch
LNB2 (Middle One / only one lead) goes into special spliter and out of splitter into Sat B Input on multiswitch (only one side)
LNB3 - One leed goes into other side of special splitter, then other leed goes strait into Sat B on multiswitch

Depeneding on the dish the multiswitch that comes with the dish maybe built-into the arm, if it is, you will not only need to remove this and get the 8 way splitter from spaun, but you will need the special Sat C splitter...
